I think our bodies are vessels for our consciousness which is made of light, when "evil" or the ugliness as I call it overcomes you it makes the lens through which you view the world dirty and ugly. Do not be kind because the people you meet are or are not be kind be kind as an act of defiance in an uncaring and cruel world. Every interaction you have causes ripples in reality that can turn into waves that can change the world. Let the light shine through you without your ego getting in the way. Do not take slights as malicious but understand the people that make the world bad cannot feel the light their lenses are broken their souls are trapped in the vessel God put them in. When they strike you understand why and love them in spite of themselves. ✌🏼
