I've seen this everywhere lately, with Zuck and Gates being at the top of the list. Building bunkers for some reason. I have a few possibilities.

• Thy are afraid of rising sea levels and geological events. (Highly doubtful as Hawaii is the worst place to go for that).

• There is a plan for a nuclear strike / internet going dark / release an actual bio weapon.

• They have considered the possibility that after deliberately impoverishing us, we'll just go straight for them rather than each other and are terrified of this.

• It is just a dick measuring competition between the super rich over 'who's got the biggest'

• Red herrings perhaps? If I was a billionaire, I sure as hell wouldn't tell the media (and thus the world) where it is.
