Why do people think that the State (all states and governments of all countries) will allow the common Joe to run wild in a parallel system using BTc (or other digital assests) when they want to enforce a one coin for all?

So they invested so much to build back better the one coin that controls them all and then...oops..they will look away and allow you to transact in BTC?
