The American experiment is extremely useful for observing a lot of data. One of which is disproving these retarded racist ideas since we can see clearly that the problem with blacks in America is segmented by blue or red policies. If it was genetic, then environment would be irrelevant and the crime rates, fatherlessness, education, employment, etc. would be the same (or similar) everywhere.
