Diversity hires are often liberals. A lot of liberals are very stupid people. Stupid people often have little foresight or ability to understand how complex systems operate. Recently we had two airport incidents where there were near-collisions on landings. The tower controllers blamed the FAA rather than taking personal responsibility for their own incompetence.
In another area, San Francisco is rapidly approaching a meltdown, with lots of finger-pointing between liberals over the huge increase in crime (thanks to a Soros DA), the real estate pullouts, the enormously tangled bureaucracy keeping new housing from being created, while the streets are full of tents and feces. A complex system is breaking there because of stupid and corrupt liberals. Of course once it descends to 3rd world conditions the liberals will move to other states and leave the problems for adults to have to solve.
