I have never seen a registration button after repeated visits over a couple of years. When I web search I do see some old mentions on reddit of them having open sign-ups. Do you have to get an invite or what?
Do you want to upload or partake in the community? If you just want to download, there is no need to register, the torrent files and magnet links are public.
I know you can download without an account. I wanted to upload a torrent but couldn't find a way to join.
