Some people say Epstein was hired by Donald Barr at the Dalton school while others claim Barr left months before the hire, done under Gardner Dunnan.

Does anyone have any actual evidence to support either claim?

As far as the book goes, I have not read it but Space Relations by Donald Barr has been described as "ultra wealthy aliens, debauched and bored and unable to be satisfied by their riches, start to kidnap humans as sex slaves, transporting them into space to be given as illegal playthings of the super rich of the galaxy."

I feel it is also worth noting that Donald Barr was in the OSS, which was the precursor to the CIA, during/around WWII.
