Dems doing the lawyer thing, repubs doing the grilling / awareness thing.

Not a single mention of The Smith Mundt Act. Why not? Was this effectively an awareness campaign for journalists as to what's been going on and what to expect going forward?

I heard a mention of the Smith Munda Act in a house hearing a month or so ago.
