never before have I thought of Finland ranking 1# as the happiest country in the world from the angle of social engineering. it's an interesting take. not to diss Finns, but it's a pretty young nation from the administrative viewpoint (they celebrated their 100th birthday not too long ago). does that make them more ideologically mallebale than let's say the neighoring Sweden, and thus a better candidate for the champion of the newspaper headlines that try to push some agenda on us? good question
Sweden with 100s of no-go zones, daily shootings & grenade attacks, 1100 rapes per 1000 women. I wonder why Sweden doesn't do really well in happiness surveys?
that's undeniable, but those research numbers placing Finland as #1 are fake anyway. they could whip any bs idea into existence with their made up statistics. let's take Norway then. but Norway has a similar issue as Sweden in the fact that they operate as a constitutional monarchy, even if only on paper, that does not sound very socialism-friendly. Finland makes perfect sense, that's all I'm getting at here
