He was facing the death penalty, now he’s not. The 2nd guy involved in the murders with Tartaglione was an ex-cop who killed himself when he was pulled over, the 3rd is an ex-cop who appears to have rolled on Tartaglione before Epstein came into the picture. Tartaglione did strangle one of the victims with a zip cord🤷‍♂️
