I get your point and it can be proven by looking at the Birth Certificate fraud and how they deprive the slaves "citizens" of their God given rights to own land and resources. The Roman empire still exists as the legal system is based on Roman law not the Law of God. The Statue laws exploit the sons and daughters of God, but they do because the people don't reclaim their rights and names. The high priests would say that it is all voluntary slavery and they wouldn't be very wrong about it. Fraud and lies help them but ignorance is not an excuse. People can end it if they were not so ignorant.
