Filed a UCC Financing statement in 2010. It's called the FORM UCC1.
Still have it as a reminder.

Doing this does not avail one of debt slave status.
Just puts you on the Feds radar.
From what people with experience share, it takes much more than filing one form to complete the process and after that defend it if one has to. One thing that is certain, the movement is growing in many countries.
Yes, there is a process. It involved court filings with my local court jurisdiction.
Was part of an organizing committee to set up de jure grand juries.
May be movement in other countries but not in the usA.
The DOJ and FBI squashed it like a bug.

At least one learns the actual rules of the system. Otherwise just sailing in the dark...
This UCC system is probably one of the most important conspiracies of all (humble opinion). It is interesting I haven't seen enough on this topic around here. It could be just the thing that unites everybody.

Ok, first I will finish the book (so far so good) and then check these links, could be a while. At the moment the focus is on securing property and identity which is the Secured Party Creditor process.
