that's not the kind of sand we spec for domestic ops.

misrepresenting government sand is a serious issue. def want to contact the local FBI or ATF (fun fact: ATF was originally "Firearms, Alcohol, Tobacco, Sand")

could be local teenagers who don't understand the gravity of sand shenanigans or it could be terrorists. DEFINITELY contact your local law enforcement.
