So I've been reading some material from a purposefully opposing perspective. From what I've put together, it's possible that what we're witnessing is a desperate attempt to prevent a spiral into chaos caused by massively decreasing birth rates. Furthermore, these combination of events are positioned to make US an economically dominant super power in the coming couple centuries:

  • Most countries (including China and Brazil) are already on a terminal demographic decline. This means they cannot maintain their population much less their current quality of life with their existing citizens.
  • Mass migration combined with medicine birth rates in the US might be enough to prevent terminal decline. Same is true for certain European states.
  • "Covid" disrupted export heavy economies such as China far more than technocracies (US/EU) or mercantile states.
  • "Ukraine" conflict and green policies are ways of minimizing the potential leverage of emerging competitive states. Reducing reliance on energy as an export prevents its use as geopolitical tool.
  • People spend a majority of the money they're going to spend in their lifetimes between the age of 25-40. College loan bailouts prop up the banks, the universities, and stimulate spending within this cohort. This will help stem deflationary pressure if the demographic collapse.
