Basically yes. I take it- 12 drops. That thing that happens when you can’t think of a word. It doesn’t happen on iodine.

Depends on the concentration. One Dr I can’t remember his name took what my dilution is 20-30 drops a day. And it is a lot. I had to build up to it.
