Japanese people are small compared to Americans that drink milk and eat red meat. Soy is probably just a part of it. We eat red meat and they eat fish. Our diets are much different. If you work out and want to get big fast you don't use soy protein as it is know to keep you from gaining mass as fast. You will use milk/whey protein instead for mass. Not really arguing with you but the Japanese diet makes for a smaller and thinner population where the American diet makes for a strong high t population if you use your muscles and fat low t people for those that don't. Obviously working hard makes most of the difference in the usa. And Genetics is also part of it. If you want to lose weight and get ripped while working out use soy.
