I'm pretty sure that they will release the harm the vaccines do when trump runs for office. They are going to frame it on him supporting the development of harmful vaccines.

Just like all democrats said "a vaccine developed by trump? I would advise everyone not to take it" then once Biden was sworn in they changed to "GET BIDENS VACCINE YOU SCIENCE DENIER"
