In what way did the German people of the 1930s go "barking mad"?
Because they realized that they had been utterly screwed over in Versailles and wanted the worst of its features overturned?
Because they realized that since the end of WW1 there had been a concerted effort to impose Bolshevik rule in Germany, with numerous Bolshevik coups, arsons, assassinations, bombings and riots, including successful coups as in the establishment of a Bolshevik rule in Bavaria? And that a particular ethnic group formed the leadership, planners, and administrators of this Boshevik enemy, directed and funded from the Soviet Union and by the Comintern?
Because they resented the fact that their economy, banking, legal system, educational systems and politics had been overrun by a hostile, self-dealing ethnic minority with no loyalty to Germany?
