I was still on active duty and running my unit's sick call clinic when this shit started and the federally-approved response was full honk. Shut down our physical therapy clinic (the busiest and one of the most important clinics we had given the nature of military shit) to convert it into a respiratory clinic. Stopped testing for flu entirely, even during flu season. For anyone with respiratory illness symptoms (common cold/flu/bronchitis/etc) who tested negative for the coof we were allowed to prescribe the regular therapeutic/symptom reduction meds we normally give, but anyone who tested positive was given nothing and ordered to isolate under threat of imprisonment and/or discharge.
