It is yes. Almost every one I've opened up so far has been related to Cuba, that seems to be the theme of this release. Also I found one about "Oswalds" alleged post Russia trip to Mexico, which has been fairly well established as a fake trip, a red herring with an Oswald stand-in. Can't remember the exact details though.

much of it was already released...they just added a sentence here and there but didn't tell ppl what is new so it's essentially impossible to sift through. It's a distraction/honey pot. Guy on Tucker last night basically said the Archives people did it on purpose. Criminals.
