Lots of things about Graphene Oxide in vaccines and most of these seem far fetched, mind control, reassemble under 5G Etc.
We know signals e.g. WiFi from routers can be used to 'map' room layouts etc. Perhaps the trace amounts of Graphene Oxide have enough of a reflection/interaction on their own or with excitation by 5g that it allows the WiFi routers to effectively track human bodies within this mapped space or more effectively than currently possible at the moment.
Essentially expanding the possible indirect spying of people. Obv this could be done to a certain extent by microphones/cameras on devices, assuming access was there however people are becoming more savvy but WiFi...that's almost always there constantly on in almost every building.

I'm thinking what the resonant frequency of this graphine substance might be, and how that might effect the human host if the oxide is excited/resonated by external frequencies, either loud audio tones or microwave frequencies from the cellphone network using out of band frequencies, directed at a crowd.
Thing with all that is, the amounts of GO are miniscule and surely we have plenty other things in our body that could react badly ... think of those now known as Havana syndrome incidents at US embassies.
