The judge doesn't want to appear biased, by acting incredibly biased.
I understand they're trying to keep tensions down but what about the next time this happens and BLM/antifa are threatening jurors, using falsified evidence, the media and the uniparty including the president himself are all in on the propaganda?
They aren't "staying out of it" or judging the case properly at all. They're capitulating to foreign backed terrorists.
What about the next time this happens? Juries are meant to be the people's will. They will do what they think is right. They all want to acquit, but they are afraid of riots.
What needs to happen is the police need to do their God damned jobs. Stop riots.
If the judge does what he is supposed to do, it will be riots. If he passes it to a jury, we at least know its the people's decision. Maybe that convinces some retards they were wrong.
I'm not that crackpot theory guy. Im on here cuz you should be able to speak your mind.
I can see where you're coming from, but thats a federal trial with no cameras. A three winged butterfly story will bypass any news reporting of that trial with cartoon pictures.
Oh my God, does anybody in here know how to get this to the court clerk to get it to the judge by morning? This could be the key if any serious verdict is guilty.
On the flipside of this, are we sure they used "AI" upsizing features - anyone with experience using amped?
My understanding of bicubic and other resampling algorithms is that there is no machine learning involved. It's a predictable algorithm. I could be wrong about this, or it could be the case that it uses bicubic resampling algorithm combined with some machine learning. But using such an algorithm is not, intrinsically, AI.
The judge allowed it, thats why. They can talk all about that in appeals.
The judge doesn't want to appear biased
The defense doesn't want to get off on a "technicality"
The defense wants to appear to have "fought the good fight"
And everyone wants there to be peace after the acquittal
Thats the reality here. Its a show trial at this point since there is 0 evidence. You just gotta convince the retards it was real

Antifa is gonna riot no matter what
Really good distraction from Ghislane, yeah?

I upscaled the "looking at TV" image with AI:

Wow, the veins on Kyle's forehead... perfect example of the kinds of artifacts you might expect from this.
The veins look surprisingly weird on the original too:

I think the Judge's hair came out really nice. The AI drew nice new details. Kyle's eyes are too off for my taste.
Ah, no - I see now, they're just forehead wrinkles in the original.
And Kyle's jacket next to the judge's head.
