This is actually fairly accurate IMO. The total value of US equities is ~$40T. Blackrock and Vanguard together have more than this and they also each own shares of each other hence they want Craig feedback loop. They also each invest in each other. So, can confirm those two. State street is similar though to not an intertwined as the other two as far as I can tell.
Once these huge financial firms own something like 30% of the stock in one of the smaller corps, they can vote in the board of directors who then hires the CEO. I’ve read that this is how they control the economy. It’s also how they control culture by only hiring woke boards and CEOs - some examples are Delta flight attendants wearing BLM pins or Coke employees being taught CRT and the entire entertainment/news/advertising industry pushing out leftist propaganda.
You’re spot on and it’s actually just 5%. A lot of activists investing groups will get the required % and make changes then sell and do the same thing at the next place. Soros has done this with NFLX, TMUS, etc.
