Could someone please explain the symbolism here? I automatically assume they're an intelligence agency front, but I don't quite what I'm supposed to be seeing here with the symbolism.
They do fit the trope of green anarchist/activists.
But they need to establish themselves as more violent like the weather underground. Get a couple high-profile actions under their belt for publicity to sell the narrative.
Right now they are more like the Spectacle/Distraction/ritual-working/art-troupe.
Maybe something like Isis+ "Russian" biowarfare separatists.
