They’re upset that their lavish flips didn’t cause as massive a boost in price as they spent. They over saturated the markets. Housing is likely over priced but at the same time with high inflation and low interest rates these assets are a form of wealth protection.
They also went pretty woke and changed their app icon during (gag me....) Pride Month, and lost a LOT of users/customers when they did so.
Most people buy a house because of child-related reasons. Gay people don't have kids because basic fucking biology (see what I did there?), and aren't going to be in the housing market as often.
