the logic is to try and find a better place to be during a hypothetical cyber polygon kind of thing, with the assumption that countries that already are lagging to join the technocracy will be left behind to some degree, allowing a grace period to further survey the situation in the states

Depending on your personal abilities and disposition and family etc --> fleeing the US won't serve any functional use if you pick a foreign country where you need to learn a new language then the internet shuts down :/

Go to places like Montana, Idaho, Utah.. get some distance from the larger populations. North Montana is awesome but be prepared to change your lifestyle if you are a city asshole. Its not that they don't have everything like everywhere else.. its just more spaced out.

If you want to leave the country for some reason --> New Zealand is where all the super wealthy went to all of a sudden in the last few years.. take a hint
