Does anyone have concrete evidence that she exists? The cannibal website doesnt prove anything. It's just random pictures of people and makes a lot of claims that a 16 year old with basic computer skills could manage easily. Is any of it real?

I researched this back in the day, the most evidence I could find was an article from an old Math magazine written by an "Elizabeth Campbell." The magazine had pictures of Baphomet in it. One of the publishers is alive and still works at that University, I was gonna reach out but then I decided against it because I don't want to invite evil into my life.
I doubt Belenoff is real however. Seems like some low-grade science fiction. People point to the Glamiscalling website as proof but archives on a WordPress site can be easily faked so I'm not buying it. Just more disinformation.
