I suddenly remembered pre-covid (pre 2019?) there where some youtube videos about some people driving by (empty) walmart complexes with un seemingly unending amount of containment cells, they (the ones who where filming) made connections with FEMA and some possible upcoming infectious diseases/virus...
I also remember some videos about users using google maps and finding these strange anomalies (sectioned off open spaces, holding cells,...) which where also linked to FEMA.
Sorry I can't describe it any better, maybe someone has seen those videos too?

Yeah saw that one too, but that one has been tied to Trump. I remember that the videos I saw had an almost eerie vibe to it when it was beeing filmed. And not related to any president, not even to Obama.
The video BladesLastBottle has almost that exact eerie vibe what I mentioned.
I also remember a guy using google maps and finding all kinds of crazyness regarding FEMA.
