Is Ivermectin really a thing ? Why treatments for parasites and other sickness are effective against a theoretical virus ? If it's not a massive placebo (like the covid mass hysteria), what are people getting healed from ?

Kinda find weird a drug can do antibodies job, never heard of it. Plus the virus concept may just be a theory after all.
