It seems the government only recognizes mostly peaceful protests. What you have pictured there is obviously terrorism....see DHS's Aug. 13th terrorist alert citing terrorists who are against "covid measures".

Elected officials are not dictators. Why are these "controversial" issues not put up for a (paper ballot) vote by the constituents?
