That's some real Russian Troll Factory baloney right there. It fails to mention that the report says the deaths are from all causes, and are lower than the 8,718 that could have been expected.
"Using the 5-year average monthly death rate (by age band and gender) from 2015 to 2019 for comparison, 8,718 deaths would have been expected among the vaccinated population within 28 days of receiving their COVID-19 vaccination.
This means the observed number of deaths is lower than expected compared with mortality rates for the same time period in previous years."
Or you could look at the stats that say it's the unvaccinated that are dying now. For example: "Texas has seen nearly 9,000 COVID-19 deaths since February. All but 43 were unvaccinated people."
Additionally, it said 95% of the 43 vaccinated people who died were 60 or older, and that a majority of them were white and a majority were men.
Yup that's the part the paper chose to mention. Real trustworthy source there.
DSHS doesn’t track the number of COVID-19 hospitalizations among vaccinated people statewide because hospitals are not required to report that information to the state.

But for a true comparison you'd need to compare the death rate for the last 5 months for people who hadn't had a vaccine in the last 28 days.

So that's 95% of an unknown number.
I'm missing your point. You'll have to spell it out for me.
You're confusing (deliberately?) 'hospitalizations' with 'deaths'. 8,787 is not an unknown number.
