The way I understand it is if you're vaccinated you have a lower chance of catching covid-19, so of the people who are vaccinated and do catch it, their outcome will of course be worse because you must be very susceptible to catch covid when you had the vaccine.
Overall though, it looks like the vaccine reduces total number of cases and total number of deaths.
I mean... Why are the number of double vaxxers so much lower than unvaccinated?
