This came out because of deep water horizon disaster. Though I will say, I don't recall a raging fire in the ocean during deep water horizon... But it was on the news non stop. They had a live cam showing the oil spewing out of the pipeline
There was oil on fire and planes dumping that red dust on the fires to try to put it out.
Yeah this whole episode is 90mins all about the Deep Water Horizon spill. There's bound to be similarities between Pemex.
