Yeah I've had the same thought.
The administration has been selling the "infrashrushure" plan around the country for a few weeks.
Remember that Memphis bridge shutdown on a major interstate highway, a few weeks ahead of Biden team in Cleveland to make some deals?
Also some steel execs have been migrating to consultation jobs for the deal.
