Based on the horde behavior of the Muslims during the 2015/2016 new years rape crisis, it's safe to assume the sex attacks were organized.

Unfortunately, due to severe corruption in Germany the government refused to investigate anything and likely wrongfully arrested people who criticized them for hate speech.

The only way the victims would ever get justice is if the government changes and that the old leaders and other government personnel get charged with crimes against humanity.
