Something that large means there is something deliberate and far larger than corruption or incompetence going on. So the question is, what can be that large? And where is the money going?

The first thing that comes to mind is a space program. A second possibility is the DUMBs underground cities. And third, maybe both. And you might say, 'what Manhattan Projects? I never heard of any, it would be too big to keep quiet!' And you say that as some mysterious lights in the sky flash by. And might the often-heard 'sky sounds' come from vent breaks from tunnel drilling below the Earth's surface?

There is however another possibility too: the global chemtrail spraying to reduce solar input to Earth is expensive to keep up. So it might contribute to the expenses. It is a massive program eating a lot of jet fuel and spray material.

Now let us ask - if the deliberate population reduction effort by the elite succeeds, there cannot be enough revenue or even printed dollars to continue to sustain such programs. At some point the economy fails to provide the gas for the engine, What is their plan for then? Scale back? Or run a dictatorship with slave production to keep it all going?

Something this massive isn't just run by an incompetent Congress, There has to be a larger hand on the wheel. And I don't think it is the WEF
