Multiple people saw unusual activity by Gacy. Digging trenches 4-6 feet deep and 2 feet wide. Seen hauling big heavy black trash bags at night on the property. Then all of the sudden the trenches were filled in one day and a few shrubs put in the place of the trench. Ground penetration radar found 17 anomalies but Chicago PD dug only in two spots, areas that they were advised not to by the witness and the radar company.
A few years later Cook County SD dug again but it was in secret with no objective witnesses. They “found nothing”.
Lots of cops and lawyers made their careers on the Gacy case. He was heavily involved in the democrat party at the local level. He had lots of friends in politics. Many people suspect he had accomplices. Gacy always alluded to having others involved but never pointed the finger per say since he claimed he didnt do any of it.
One of the guys who worked for him named Philip Paske was in jail with John D. Norman who had a newsletter that he made in jail called “The Delta Project” which was an attempt to create a child sex training network of his (Norman’s) own. Paske was heavily involved in this trafficking ring and spent a lot of time at Gacys home and provided him boys to have sex with.
Could it be that the reason why the state of Illinois, Chicago PD, and Cook county SD just want the Gacy case to be closed is because democrat politicians, lawyers, and police may have been involved in Gacys snuff film productions (his sister found tapes he made, forgot who she turned them over to), child sex trafficking, and murder?
