Perhaps we need to carefully reword it, because you seem to misunderstand what it's saying. It is merely a warning to our users to NOT share private information in private messages with other users, because IN THEORY we (Win staff) and attackers could read the contents. We don't, we haven't, and we definitely don't share it with third parties, but the fact is that we have the ability to, and we don't want you to trust us with private information.
Since you're here...I'm loving the greater traffic I've been seeing on conspiracies.win over the last few days! I feel like we're being featured on communities.win more, could that be a reason? I had a thread break 100 faster than I've seen before I think.

No. It was when I was trying to reply to a post. It doesn't pop up now I had to tick it or I couldn't post.
This isn't the intention. That checkbox should only occur when you're writing a private message, not for public posts.
