Yes, albeit very limited. No illegal content, no spamming, no threatening other users, etc etc. Pretty simple. Saying/calling someone a nigger doesn't break any rules. If it offends you, then downvote and move on (ie. Change the channel). If a comment breaks said rules, report it, and we will [remove] it.
