Meh, this is just a compilation of all the pauses and quiet parts of the interview stitched together to make a funny looking vid of dementia joe.

It's not that selective. You can clearly see scenes of Joe looking weird and Jill looking unsure and awkward. This is definitely an exposure of Biden's mental health
