Looks like a rip off of Speed. Do they have to stay above 50 miles an hour or they get the virus?
"Infected" is a comic book, commissioned by the EU.
Same story line. Viral pandemic. Tragic loss of life.

This is what they really wanted, but didn't quite achieve; 100% mortality upon infection, pure fear and chaos.
They always over-shoot I think, such is their mania.
There will likely be a sequel, an attempt to truely match the original vision. The next generation will "build back better".
Where did you get the cover shot in the OP from?
It would be nice if somehow it could be linked that the movie they are calling Flu was actually called Coronavirus.
I found them in comments on another website. I'm thinking now that they may have renamed it just last year to cash in, since "corona" is not mentioned on the IMDB "also known as" section (didn't think to check that earlier). These might be pirate covers with the new name added.
