Except...that's NOT one of the official AF1 planes.
So folks are saying ANY plane Biden flies is AF1...then why are there rumors that the AF1 call sign hasn't been used (or has been underused) for Biden?
Why not afford Biden the full protection of the literal planes built PRECISELY for that purpose? I'm assuming whatever plane used in the photo op is LESS secure than the 2 VC-25As built specifically to protect a sitting POTUS.
Even more interesting are the "experts" that have been swarming these threads "debunking" what is simply speculation on our part...curiouser and curiouser...
It's true that any plane carrying the President is called AF1 (any Air Force plane actually), but that's just a technicality because the President doesn't fly on private aircraft unless you're Bill Clinton I guess. Here's something interesting from Wikipedia:
When President Bush came to the end of his second term in January 2009, a VC-25 was used to transport him to Texas. For this purpose the aircraft call sign was Special Air Mission 28000, as the aircraft did not carry the current president of the United States. Similar arrangements were made for former presidents Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama.
I'll admit, I'm no plane fag, but this appears to be YET ANOTHER presidential "anomaly" to add to the list.
It's almost like they're monitoring these chat rooms to see what "stuff" we're noticing, and they create these PR spectacles to address them.
Folks wondering why Biden hasn't flown AF1? Create a press event!

Didn't Trump take AF1 to Florida?
