No, the real systemic racism is the complete bias of the system against White Americans. We can't have racial solidarity or advocate for our interests as other groups do (BLM, La Raza, etc.) We can't even have peaceful protests without being smeared in the media, losing our jobs, or even being arrested and charged with "sedition". We can't live our lives in our own communities without being attacked for excluding others. We are discriminated against in school admissions and scholarships. That's what systemic racism looks like. Everything they claim is true is actually the exact opposite. We DO have a systematically racist system-- but it's against the people who built this country.
