All the lights off. Except for spotlight on the empty flag pole. ZOOM IN. The flag is attached & raised. ZOOM OUT. What that is not? [NOT a signal].

Other things to notice. Jefferson Memorial/Washington Needle appears to be the only FED structures to maintain illumination. Also what is the 3-tier platform in front of the WH? It has been there since IG-day.
