Which says someone contacted a surviving relative of the Director Franks Stranges back in 2012 and she said she had one copy of the film on 35mm only. Doesn't sound like there was ever a digital transfer.

That could be a very short audio excerpt from it, but the title is slightly different, "Phenomenon 7.7".
