Probably just because so many of them unquestioningly have accepted the secular narrative about covid and the vax. Sadly. (I say this as a Catholic.)

I guess I would have to look up whether these are traditionalist (orthodox) priests, or heterodox. Because that would lend to whether or not a conspiracy was involved.
