SS: Why did Biden use the words "Dark Winter". I guess somewhere in his mind/memory he remembered this exercise from the year 2001.

"The problem is, we do not have enough vaccine.. It means this could be a very dark winter in America." was one of the fictional media reports in this exercise. Said by Robert Kadlec in 2001. Robert Kedlec belong to the corona taskforce of Mike Pence in 2020.
