Alex Vindman has a "master of arts degree from Harvard University in Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian studies" according to his Wikipedia page.

In this video Polly shows a interview or article on his brother Leonid and at 20:50 we can see his work in banking is predominately in "Central Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia."

WTF does this mean? How can it be so specific and not just be a coincidence?
