Why would trump be so cryptic with it? Would it not be easier for him to say "we will soon be using the emergency broadcast feature to get information to you since I'm banned everywhere else" it would cut the tape holding the left to this plan and blow the whole "big tech is trying to remove emergency broadcast with updates" out of the water.
The only thing I can think of, is if he outright says it, they'll block that too. That's what all the stuff with the apple update and people saying it's to block the emergency broadcasts. Not sure but it makes sense
