The livestream of the front of the Vatican is here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCDr9ft0Ym4, the video quality has been purposefully distorted. AUDIO is the most important here. Try to listen to any and all. GUNSHOTS were heard last night.
I'm not totally bought in or anything. (I'd need to see other camera sources.) However, 1) it could be only select buildings that were effected by power 2) it could be only cameras taken out not actual lights 3) the government has the ability to control Internet comms and localize them so it looks like they're posting externally but only those in the bubble can see.
UPDATE: Military caught on camera.
HERE ARE THE LINKS AND WHAT TO DO!

The one showing 2 Military Guys caught on camera. The camera here updates every few minutes but doesn't let you scrub through by certain time. They have to be constantly watched and documented unless someone has access to the live footage.
https://www.windy.com/-Webcams/Vatican-City/Tomb-of-Pope-John-Paul-II/webcams/1496707860?41.903,10.809,8 is the Pope's tomb. I covered this last night and made this video. We wont get much information here other than an exact time the power comes back on.
https://www.windy.com/-Webcams/Italy/Lazio/Rome/Vatican-City-State-Saint-Peter's-Square/webcams/1230041254?41.902,10.810,8 is the same angle of the livestream but the camera is not distorted. The same problem we have with the other camera is they only publish a photo every few minutes so they need to be constantly watch and documented. There is increased police activity from last night.
The 10 days of darkness is happening here it looks.
Lol yikes.. and the larp continues....
What nonsense.
There are 3 million people living in Rome and noody noticed?
